  2. Who we work with. The owner, who signs, and who we call day to day.
  3. License and states. Where you work and what you hold there.

We never ask for a password, a tax number or a bank account. You can change any answer later. You can take the authorization back any time.

10. What it costs

11. Who works your file

A claim coordinator works your file as part of your company. He is your contracted estimator and claim admin. He writes the estimate, explains the scope and the price to the carrier, and chases the paperwork from open to close.

Every claim coordinator works under our Chief Claims Coordinator, a licensed adjuster with 15 years of experience. He reviews and certifies every file we work. He has the final say on everything that happens from open to close.

You are our client. The homeowner is not.

12. Give your team their own login

You are the owner of your company in the portal. You can add a manager and team members. Each one logs in with his own email. No shared login.

  1. Log in and click My team.
  2. Type the name and the email. Pick the level. Click Send the invite.
  3. He gets one email. He logs in with his own email and a 6 digit code. No password.
  4. He sees your company and your name and clicks Join this team. He is on your team from that moment.

Nobody on your team sees your billing or changes your company setup. Each claim shows who handed it in. Remove someone and he is logged out at once. His claims stay with your company.

13. Hail Trail and DoorZ

Premium and VIP members can ask for a Hail Trail. It is a list of DoorZ from the storm nearest you. Ask for yours here.
