ClaimClosed
SMS terms
How text messages from ClaimClosed work, and how to stop them.
“ClaimClosed”, “we” and “us” mean the business that runs claimclosed.com and the ClaimClosed membership.
1. The program
ClaimClosed sends text messages to contractors who ask for them. There are two kinds.
- Account and service texts. Replies to your questions and updates about your Closability Score, your claims and your membership.
- Marketing texts. ClaimClosed news and offers. You only get these if you checked the marketing box.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking a text message consent box on our contact form. Each kind of text has its own box, and both boxes are optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your questions, your claims and your membership.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts, but your mobile carrier might.
5. How to stop

6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message. You can also reach us through the contact page.
