Terms of Service

The rules for using claimclosed.com, the Closability Score and the ClaimClosed membership.

Effective October 4, 2026.

“ClaimClosed”, “we” and “us” mean the business that runs claimclosed.com and the ClaimClosed membership. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who this site is for

ClaimClosed is for roofing companies, storm restoration contractors and their teams in the United States. You must be at least 18 to use it.

2. The Closability Score

The Closability Score is a free estimate of how ready a roof claim file is. It is built from the answers you give and from our claim history. Each contractor gets one free score, shown to a real email address. Join free on claimclosed.com and you get 97 free scores each calendar month. Premium members get 997 scores each calendar month. VIP members have no set limit. When your scores are used up you can still answer the questions. To see a new result, join free or move up a plan. When a score is under 70 you can ask for a free review of that claim. The score is not a prediction, not a guarantee of approval or payment, and not insurance, legal or adjusting advice. The carrier decides the claim. You are responsible for the answers you enter and for what you do with the result.

3. Membership

ClaimClosed has a free plan and two paid plans, Premium and VIP. You join the free plan on claimclosed.com with your email. The paid plans are offered through Skool at the price shown there when you join. Skool runs the paid accounts, the billing and the cancellation under its own terms. You can cancel in Skool at any time, and cancelling stops future charges. Members agree to follow the community rules. We may remove anyone who breaks them.

4. Claim processing

Members can ask our team to work a claim. It is optional. We review every claim first and we may decline any claim. The staffing fee shown on this site is 7% of the approved claim value for Premium and VIP members and 10% for free members. The full terms are in a separate written agreement that you sign before we start work on a claim.

While we work a claim we log each action we take and what is next, and we email you a recap every Monday.

Our people are contracted estimators and claim admin who work inside your company. ClaimClosed does not act as a public adjuster. We do not negotiate claims, speak for the homeowner or read the policy for anyone. We do not offer any service where the law does not allow it.

Referral partners are paid under the rules on our referral page. Those rules apply to anyone who signs up as a partner.

5. Hail Trails and DoorZ

A DoorZ is one door to knock. You get the address, a Closability Score we build before you knock, the owner on record and the storm data for that address when it is available. A Hail Trail is a monthly route of DoorZ.

Premium members can ask for one Hail Trail of 97 DoorZ each calendar month while the plan is active. VIP members get 997 DoorZ a month, plus new routes when a new storm hits their area. Any member can order more DoorZ at the price for their plan shown on this site. We tell you the count and the price before you pay.

DoorZ are built from storm data and property records, where recent storm data is available for your area. A DoorZ and its score are not a promise of damage, a claim or an approval. Owner details are for your own door knocking only. Do not resell or share them. You are responsible for following soliciting laws, permits and no soliciting signs where you knock.

The VIP plan also includes setup of your sales scripts, SOPs and claims dashboard, and a locked storm swath. A locked storm swath means we do not give the same storm territory to another VIP member. The full terms are in a separate written agreement that you sign before we start.

6. Your responsibilities

7. No guarantees

Numbers on this site about claims processed describe our team’s past work. Statements about making more per claim are goals, not promises. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, how much it will pay or how long it will take. See our disclaimer.

8. Not legal or insurance advice

Our guides, training and scores are general information for contractors. They are not legal advice or insurance advice. Insurance law and contractor rules differ by state. Talk to a licensed attorney in your state about your situation.

9. Insurance company names

Carrier names on this site identify the company a claim is filed with. They belong to their owners. ClaimClosed is not an insurance company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any insurance carrier.

10. Our content

The site, the Closability Score, the training and the guides belong to ClaimClosed. You may quote and link to our public guides with credit. You may not copy the site, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.

11. Fair use of the site

Do not break the site, probe it for weaknesses, overload it, or submit false information or information you have no right to share.

12. Messages from us

Email and text messages are covered by our Privacy Policy and our SMS terms.

13. Other services

The site links to services we do not control, such as Skool. Their terms apply when you use them.

14. The member portal and the demo

The member portal is for members. You log in with a code we email you, so keep your email account secure. What you enter and upload there is covered by our Privacy Policy. Only hand us claims you have the right to share (section 6). The demo at claimclosed.com/demo runs in your browser with sample data. It is there to show how the portal looks.

15. No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about them.

16. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, ClaimClosed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, that come from using the site or the score. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
